The app freezes and says please wait whenever I try to open a previous report I've filed. It never moves past that point. The app also frequently crashes as I'm trying to file a report, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging. In addition, I never receive any reasoning or specifically what action has been taken by the city in regards to an issue I report.

Just downloaded this app to report a missed recycling pickup. After just dealing with it I tried to delete my request. However, clicking the "Issues I've Reported" icon results in the app freezing with the "Please Wait" death spiral. Really sucks. In theory this means someone is going to physically come by to check my recycling.

A recent app update addressed the "Issues I've Reported" button. Please update the app on your device if you have not done so recently and it should be fixed. Thank you.

The app is useless. You do get to staff but when they don't like what you have to add like me putting my trash out a day before and not getting it picked up for 4 days, they do this. They will close the case and not even tell you what to do or instructions on how to deal with it. I've put in 3 different cases, one after each closing. Nothing is done or attempted to be done. I suggest you find new employees to run the garbage system. Because I got two and got the same results. I be doing a report
