The app freezes and says please wait whenever I try to open a previous report I've filed. It never moves past that point. The app also frequently crashes as I'm trying to file a report, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging. In addition, I never receive any reasoning or specifically what action has been taken by the city in regards to an issue I report.

the app is so broken. won't let me add pictures suddenly. it complains about needing permissions enabled that are already enabled. it doesn't even try to go to the photo album or camera, it just gives a warning box that it needs permissions and if you follow it, the app will show it has the permissions. notifications in the app are blank. the app has no idea what caching is and makes multiple long slow requests. worst app on my phone period.
