The app freezes and says please wait whenever I try to open a previous report I've filed. It never moves past that point. The app also frequently crashes as I'm trying to file a report, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging. In addition, I never receive any reasoning or specifically what action has been taken by the city in regards to an issue I report.

It's ok for what it is. There should be a way to submit a report when I don't know which category to choose. Doesn't seem to be able to submit things about the airport or the water department both of which are run by the KCMO government

Can't report an issue. Doesn't progress beyond trash day even after checking each box on page. Unable to report recycle not being picked up 2 consecutive weeks. Day after Thanksgiving and again today. Regular trash day Friday.
