Lots of bugs; not intuitive at all. Cancel buttons are where the submit/next buttons are in every single other app. Sentences do not automatically capitalize the first word when filling out forms. Uploading photos doesn't support the format most modern photos use. Log in is a joke. Google auto login says the app isn't secure so can't login--the app doesn't trigger the phone to remember one's password... It's like this app was designed in a rush and then no refinements have ever been made to it.

Your requests will be closed what feels like immediately with no response or explanation of any resolution(in app or any changes on-site of the reported location). There are also privacy concerns within the app not being fully usable as anonymous. Wouldn't take this seriously with the little traction it's gotten after marketing... Another way the city has a set of eyes on the ground, free of charge, while they decide what changes, not the tax payer. Opinionated service and not results driven.
