Need to report a pothole, nuisance property or other issue? The GoSpringfieldMO app makes reporting a problem to the city as easy as possible. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common service request topics to select from. The app allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. Residents can track the status of requests as well as view City job openings and catch up on City news.

The GoSpringfieldMO app is developed by SeeClickFix (a division of CivicPlus) under contract with the City of Springfield.

So, citizens in Springfield can no longer use the website or call to report potholes or other dangerous road issues in Springfield. Now they need this app, which doesn't work for reporting potholes. Forces me to create an account (to report a pothole). Then it wont let me zoom in on the spot where the potholes is (screen freaks out and has to refresh itself, then says it cant report for that spot). Then it wont save my description. Its just a bad idea.

Only gets one star because I can't even log in. I have an active account that I can access through a web browser but the app keeps redirecting me to a 404 error. I'm putting my username, email and password in correctly but still it just not work.

Be respectful. State the facts. Your voice will be heard. This is the best app to help fix and maintain city issues. Whether they're caused by the weather or people not obeying ordinances.
