About this app

CIVIS.Building is the app designed and developed by Civis S.p.A., exclusively for users staying in buildings or facilities monitored by Civis S.p.A.

With CIVIS.Building, users can send alerts regarding the physical security of buildings to the Civis operations center at any time, which will immediately return the sender's call.

The operating procedure established based on the type of alert received will then be activated.

Building users will be constantly informed via the app about the actions taken by the control center, including, if applicable, limited to pre-established emergency groups.

The following form indicates the location of the monitored building. Civis S.p.A. undertakes to intervene exclusively at the address indicated at the beginning of the form.

The user of the app agrees to:

- Not use the app to send alerts from locations other than the one associated and indicated at the beginning of the following form.

- Immediately report to your facility manager any incorrect or changed internal location information (STAIRS, FLOOR, ROOM) within the building. These information is listed at the beginning of the following Dashboard form.

- Send alarm reports responsibly and only for the cases contractually agreed upon with the host facility or those listed in the alarm submission form.

- Activate all possible measures on your smartphone to prevent anyone else from using the app in your name (lock the screen). The smartphone containing the CIVIS.Building app may only be transferred to another person after uninstalling the app.

Civis S.p.A. reserves the right to suspend the app's authorization to users who repeatedly and irresponsibly send FALSE ALARMS.
