Civora is snag management for the people who actually walk the site.

Raise a defect where you find it — in a basement, in a lift shaft, on a roof
with no signal. Photograph it, mark it on the drawing, dictate the note. It
is saved on your phone the moment you capture it and syncs when you next have
a connection. Nothing waits for a bar of signal, and nothing is lost.

BUILT FOR SITE, NOT FOR A DESK

• Works fully offline. Every snag, photograph and voice note is written to
your phone first and uploaded in the background.
• Pin defects to the drawing. Zoom into an A0 sheet, drop a pin exactly where
the problem is, and the location travels with the snag into the report.
• Dictate instead of typing. Voice notes are the primary way to describe a
defect, because typing on a dusty screen in direct sun one-handed is the
thing nobody does.
• Readable in sunlight. A high-contrast Sunlight theme for working outdoors
at midday.
• Arabic and English, with full right-to-left layout.

RUN THE INSPECTION

• Site visits with a start, a route and a close-out.
• Severity with automatic due dates, so a critical defect is not filed with
the same deadline as a snagging item.
• Filter by status, severity, trade, location or who it is assigned to.
• A full timeline on every defect — who raised it, who fixed it, who verified
it, and when.

KEEP THE PAPERWORK STRAIGHT

• Project documents on the phone: specifications, method statements, permits,
ITPs and certificates.
• Permits and certificates carry an expiry date and tell you before it passes.
• Drawing revisions supersede cleanly, so nobody is working to a sheet that
was withdrawn last month.
• Generate inspection reports as PDFs, in Arabic or English.

SET UP FROM THE SITE, NOT FROM THE OFFICE

• Create a project, build its location tree — buildings, levels, zones — and
add your team, all from the phone.
• Roles that mean something: owner, project manager, engineer, contractor,
consultant and client each see and do different things.
• Invite colleagues by email.
