The application is developed by a private entity and does not represent the Government of Romania, any city hall or other public authority. ciWix is ​​not officially affiliated with government institutions and was not developed at the request of a public authority.

Through the application, users can submit complaints regarding:

• sanitation
• roads
• green spaces
• other problems reported in the community

Reports can include description, photo and location, for the correct identification of the reported situation.

The application also allows the consultation of information of public interest, such as:

• sanitation program communicated by authorized operators

ciWix can be used by any local administration that chooses to publish information through the platform, but the application operates independently of public authorities.
