About this app

AlertOps is an incident management system that helps IT operations and DevOps manage and optimize their alerts from various monitoring systems to greatly reduce alert fatigue and mean time to resolution (MTTR). AlertOps ensures that the alerts reach the right person the first time, every time! We use smart routing technology, routing rules based on user priorities and schedules that integrate with your on-call schedule. AlertOps manages your incident management process by reducing alert noise and resolution time with our multi-tiered escalation rule. AlertOps is currently being used by 1,000’s of users; trusted by major corporations to manage their IT operations.

AlertOps for Android allows you to:
• Receive unlimited push notifications
• Easily respond to open alerts (view, take assignment, close or escalate to the next on call person)
• View alert details and resolution
• View all messages related to the alert
• Assign Alerts directly from push notifications without launching the app
• Reply to Alerts, even if you’re not on-call
• Get resolution details when an alert is closed

Ratings and reviews

My company recently migrated to alertops from another product which is retiring, and I must say this app requires more clicks/taps to get the same things done, and it fails to alert us when our on call schedule begins or ends like our previous app. We've enabled the notification override and on call settings as recommended and it still doesn't work, which is disappointing.

Overall UX is unpleasant, especially in the era of AI being able to create a decent interface and fast. Among other problems: too often I have to re-login into the app and have to type in Gmail credentials + OTP instead of the app obtaining them from Android like other apps and logging me in one tap. It's especially frustrating since I continue to receive the notifications without login but can't manage my alert incident from the app without going through the above-mentioned login

even with my account signed out because I only use the app once every 4 months or so for the week that I'm on call it would still send alerts all the time that I was not signed in. definitely not an app that I was very impressed with.
