About this app

3cket Staff is the app that turns your device into the event's point of sale. Designed for cashless event staff, it allows you to accept contactless payments, redeem offers and credits, and sell products directly on your device — with no extra payment terminal and no additional hardware.


HOW TO GET STARTED


You don't need a 3cket account. Simply:
1. Open the app
2. Enter the role code (9 digits)
3. Start your shift

The code is generated in the 3cket backoffice by the event organizer and shared with you. The app reflects the entire configuration set up by the organizer — products, prices, work zones, and available offers.


A SHARED CODE OR ONE PER STAFF MEMBER

The organizer decides the level of detail:

— One shared code among several staff members: fast distribution, analytics aggregated by point of sale.
— One code per staff member: more granular, allowing each sale to be mapped to an individual person and tracking individual performance.

Both models work within the same app.


MULTI-ROLE ON THE SAME DEVICE

Multiple event roles can coexist on the same device. For example, a bar manager can have the Point of Sale code installed and, in parallel, the Product Return code — and switch between the two without leaving the app.


MAIN FEATURES

— Direct sales: accept contactless or cash payments without identifying the participant.
— Participant identification: scan the participant's code (QR, wristband, card) and deduct from their cashless balance, offers, or credits.
— Products and zones: the list of products, prices, and work zones is configured in the 3cket backoffice and reflected in the app.
— Invoicing: each sale automatically generates the associated tax document, according to the event's requirements.
— No extra hardware: your device acts as the terminal.


REQUIREMENTS

— A role code provided by the event organizer.
— To use contactless payments on the device: specific feature requirements apply (for example, Tap to Pay on iPhone requires an iPhone XS or newer and a compatible iOS version). Other features run on a wider range of devices.
— An internet connection during operation.
