FaiServe is the field-service mobile companion for CKM InfoTech's customers. Technicians receive their dispatched jobs from the office, navigate to the customer site, capture work photos with timestamp and GPS, collect a customer signature, and close the job — all from their phone.

Designed for installation, maintenance, delivery, inspection, cleaning, and repair teams. FaiServe is not a standalone product — it requires your organisation's FaiServe backend, provisioned by CKM InfoTech or an authorised reseller. To install, enter your organisation's FaiServe server URL on the login screen and sign in with the credentials your administrator provided.
