Ratings and reviews

The app is fairly simple and easy to navigate. As far as support and step by step instructions, it's great. There are no push notifications, so you won't know if somethings wrong until you open the app. The hey abby humidifier is what's giving me most of the trouble, doesn't seem to work properly and when it comes to customer service and that. I'm still trying to get this resolved and asked for a replacement. Don't seem to be getting anywhere.

For what we paid for this grow box and how much you have to count on the app for everything, this app might be the worst ever. First of all, half the time it won't load and times out. Even changing the password doesn't help. If you get the app to work, you get zero tech support. I've been asking why my dial doesn't display anything like it's supposed to. Doesn't work with voice recognition either. Right now I'm locked out of the unit because I can't log in.

The app doesn't do anything but sell you things and literature on the box and how to grow weed. I feel like I spent way too much money on this box for me to not be able to control the intensity of the light. Also when my box arrived it was dented and a piece of the wooden portion was cracked. Shouldn't need subscription if you don't need support.
