Such information is collected voluntarily for legitimate audit and verification purposes.

The application may request access to device features such as the camera, location, media/files, and device storage when required for an audit activity. The relevant permissions are requested through in-app prompts, and the user must grant permission before the application can access the applicable device feature or information. The application does not access these features without the required permission.

The application may require access to PDF files and other documents stored on the user's device when supporting documents are required for specific audit parameters. When document access is required, the application requests the relevant permission. After permission is granted, the user manually browses the device storage or document location and selects the specific file to be uploaded. The application does not independently select or upload documents from the user's device without user action.
