About this app

CM Capture helps authorized Claim Manager users document insurance claims in the field.

With CM Capture, users can:
• capture and upload claim photos
• organize photos and items by room
• add descriptions, quantities, brands, model numbers, age, condition, notes, and source links
• use voice-assisted workflows for faster field documentation
• work with offline queues and sync updates when connectivity is available

CM Capture is designed for business use by approved Claim Manager users and teams. Access requires a valid account.

What’s new

• Stay signed in longer. You'll no longer be signed out every 7 days, even in the middle of capturing photos. As long as you use the app regularly, you stay signed in for up to 30 days.
• Search all open claims. If a claim isn't on your phone, you can now search for it from the Claims tab.
• Manual and Mixed. Mark a photo Manual to have AI skip it, or Mixed to have AI split it into separate items. Rooms show a badge for each.
