About this app

ClaimWinger helps air passengers check whether they may be entitled to flight compensation for delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights under EU261 and UK261 passenger rights regulations.

If your flight was disrupted, you can complete a short claim check in the app. ClaimWinger guides you through the key details, including what happened, your route, flight date, airline and arrival delay. Based on the information provided, you receive an initial assessment and can submit your case for review.

What you can do with ClaimWinger:

• Check eligibility for delayed flights, cancellations and denied boarding
• Estimate potential compensation of up to EUR 600 per passenger
• Submit your flight disruption details in a simple step-by-step form
• Understand whether EU261 or UK261 may apply to your journey
• Let us handle airline communication if your case qualifies
• Track your case status and stay updated
• Use a no win, no fee service model

ClaimWinger is designed for passengers who want a simple way to start a flight compensation claim without dealing with complex airline procedures. If your case is eligible, our team can manage the communication with the airline and work to recover compensation on your behalf.

No win, no fee

You do not pay anything upfront to use ClaimWinger. If we successfully recover compensation for you, a service fee may be deducted from the compensation amount. If we do not succeed, you do not pay our service fee.

EU261 and UK261 support

Many passengers may have rights when their flight is significantly delayed, cancelled or overbooked. Depending on the route, airline, delay length and circumstances, eligible passengers may be able to claim compensation under EU261 or UK261.

Compensation can be up to EUR 600 per passenger, depending on the distance of the flight and the applicable regulation. Eligibility is not guaranteed and depends on the specific facts of each case, including whether the disruption was caused by circumstances outside the airline’s control.

Simple claim process

1. Tell us what happened with your flight
2. Add route and flight details
3. Receive an initial assessment
4. Submit your case for review
5. Stay updated while we handle the airline communication

ClaimWinger is built to make the process clear, fast and transparent. The app is suitable for passengers who have experienced flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding or other disruptions and want to understand whether they may have a valid claim.

Important information

ClaimWinger provides an initial assessment based on the information you enter. This does not guarantee compensation. Final eligibility depends on applicable passenger rights regulations, flight data, airline response and case-specific circumstances.

ClaimWinger is not an airline, travel agency or public authority. We help passengers assess and manage flight compensation claims.
