This app makes laundry easier since I don't have to run out for quarters all the time. However, their payment structure is archaic. I dont like that you have to load money in a separate app. You have to load at least $10 and are charged for monthly carryover in excess of $2. It should link directly to my credit card (like Uber and Park Mobile). This is highly annoying, but not enough that I'll go back to using quarters. update: the app quit working. I reinstalled, still inoperable. Useless!

Garbage. Edit: Expansion of review. First and foremost the charge to carry over a balance is BS. I'd rather use quarters than throw money into the garbage, or in this case, your pockets, but your machines don't even accept quarters! That alone is enough for a bad review but let's continue so you can "help me troubleshoot my problems." Verification text has bugs. I had to switch my sim card to an older phone and then back to my current phone to get it to work. "Your dry cycle is almost done" notification notifies me long after my dry cycle is done. Some times it's the next day. Furthermore, it doesn't specify whether it's drying or washing, not that it matters, but it does make the app seem less professional. Colors don't coordinate to the proper machine. Purple is blue, orange is red etc. Again, not a huge deal because you can figure it out from the numbers but it makes the app look junky, which it is.. Finally, the timers are off. If the machine says 30 I set my timer for 35 minutes and sometimes the wash still isn't done. However, I do appreciate a response and so I'm adding a star for customer service. Good job!

I've used this app to pay for my building's laundry room for over a year and find it easy and convenient. The machines are clearly marked with different colors and numbers and the app detects the nearby machines quickly. I also found it easy to pay, see my balance, and add more funds when necessary. If issues do come up, customer service was also very responsive and helpful.
