Requires a minimum of $10 when you fund your account and also takes out $1/month. App is clunky and not intuitive to use. If you open the app just to check your balance, the scanning function (that tries to locate machines) takes over and freaks out if you're not in the laundry room. I downloaded it because of the quarter shortage, but I think I'm going to wait until my bank supposedly has quarters again because sadly that's way more convenient than this app. Not pleased at all and wish my apartment building picked a better way to do digital payments for laundry.

Youre required to deposit $10 to even be able to use anything, the connection process is tedious if there's a lot of the same decide nearby, and for me, the app crashes whenever I even try to pay. Worst of all, you're unable to transfer funds back out, meaning (in my case) if you deposited money into the system only for it to crash when you try to use it, there's nothing you can do to get your money back. Might as well have set the $15 I put in on fire, would've gotten more out of it that way.

I love the convenience of using the app but there is a huge issue with being able to put more money into the app. It keeps reverting back to scanning instead of letting me continue to make a deposit into my app. There should be a home page where you have the option of depositing money or scanning, not direct to scan or less than a second to be able to get to website.

Scanning for the machines is done inside the app and not on a web site.
