I didn't have a choice on what platform my building added to the laundry machines but with this one, adding funds is fast & straightforward, it doesn't require an ad heavy app, and there are no emails or cumbersome password requirements. I wish every company was this efficient and responsive. Edit: I read a lot of reviews after writing mine- the $10 min isn't ideal but after moving out of the building, I requested a refund of my balance and they replied in a few hours that it was processed.

Youre required to deposit $10 to even be able to use anything, the connection process is tedious if there's a lot of the same decide nearby, and for me, the app crashes whenever I even try to pay. Worst of all, you're unable to transfer funds back out, meaning (in my case) if you deposited money into the system only for it to crash when you try to use it, there's nothing you can do to get your money back. Might as well have set the $15 I put in on fire, would've gotten more out of it that way.

Garbage. Edit: Expansion of review. First and foremost the charge to carry over a balance is BS. I'd rather use quarters than throw money into the garbage, or in this case, your pockets, but your machines don't even accept quarters! That alone is enough for a bad review but let's continue so you can "help me troubleshoot my problems." Verification text has bugs. I had to switch my sim card to an older phone and then back to my current phone to get it to work. "Your dry cycle is almost done" notification notifies me long after my dry cycle is done. Some times it's the next day. Furthermore, it doesn't specify whether it's drying or washing, not that it matters, but it does make the app seem less professional. Colors don't coordinate to the proper machine. Purple is blue, orange is red etc. Again, not a huge deal because you can figure it out from the numbers but it makes the app look junky, which it is.. Finally, the timers are off. If the machine says 30 I set my timer for 35 minutes and sometimes the wash still isn't done. However, I do appreciate a response and so I'm adding a star for customer service. Good job!
