Clarence Health is a conversational based digital ally for adults with chronic conditions as well as seniors in their golden age (65+). Our services reduce the complexities of daily living, support individualized care plans and extend clinical, family and caretaker efforts.

The Clarence Health app services include three areas of support:

1) Care
Medication / health reminders & nudges
Health check-ins & assessments

2) Connection
Empathetic conversations about anything a user is interested in
Cognitive stimulation / entertainment: Trivia, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, etc
Environmental & social awareness: news, weather, what’s going on around a user

3) Empowerment
Access to past health information & key documents
Guidance on health conditions & medications
Assistance with daily tasks through education and navigation to relevant resources

The app requires the use of a user’s location and microphone to function. Data is collected and stored to enhance the interactions the companion has with users. All data is strongly protected, and our services are HIPAA and SOC2 compliant to ensure data safety. The data collected is never sold to third parties.
