To log onto the this app you must be a Clarien iBank customer. If you are not yet registered, please contact the Clarien Service Center.

Basic app, hard to navigate. It's good for checking your balance but not much good for anything else. Its hard to make transfers via the app. There should be a web chat embedded to enable quick communication with the bank, also suggest adding card management features such as blocking and unblocking and pin changes.

Doesn't show all active transactions for the current month on credit card account, specifically bank charges/fees. Doesn't show real-time balances on credit card account. Just doesn't provide enough functionality or information on credit card accounts. Period.

I can't even get the update app to update.... sigh so how will I get online to check my accounts.
