Ratings and reviews

Good except it kept signing me out and emptying my bag right before the biggest sale was about to be over. It caused me and Clarins to miss out on me purchasing 4 other items. By the time I paid and closed my cart. I ended up with only 2 items. Extremely frustrating. Edit: just received my box to find that none of my samples were in the box. The app made me miss out on cart items during a sale and I lost my samples. I will be deleting the app.

This is quite unreliable and it's often contradictory (mentioning one method of application here but another one elsewhere).The camera is terrible. It mistakes the reddish tone of my skin, which is very fair, as darker skin. The shades that are "perfect" for me are far too dark. Skincare recommendations are all based on previous purchases, or products for my age regardless of my skin's needs or reviews I've posted about reactions I've had to any of these. My feedback is not acknowledged!

Several times I have tried to order through the App, get to checkout, am ask to confirm payment with my bank which I do, then nothing & my shopping bag is empty - sort it out Clarins please.
