Mr Smith
Does work well on Android. Doesn't ring like a regular call. It just lights up the screen. If I'm not paying attention, I miss the call. The app has to have focus when using the voice feature otherwise the audio cuts out. I swear when I first installed, it worked more like the native phone app.

Update - Clarity did a system update, servers rebooted and phones crashed again. I'm done. ORIGINAL REVIEW 3/9/23 I switched my business phones to Clarity a couple of years ago after having issues with another phone provider. We have days at a time when we have downtime. Every time, it comes down to an issue with the mobile app. We rely on our mobile apps as we are frequently in the field. I do not want my clients or field staff calling our personal phones, the mobile app is vital to us.

I've spent hours on the phone with Clarity trying to work out all the technical problems with little success. All the calls are now routing to my cell, eliminating all the app functions. We received our first bill and they forgot to tell us about the $35 in fees we'd be charged every month. As a small business owner, I very rarely leave a negative review but the last two months has been rough. I will say, the customer service is always very nice, just wish I didn't have to talk to them so much.
