My carrier TMibile use them for partner in the Dominican Republic. I'm an expat there, and I find it wrong that in the States, you press 1 or some number if you speak spanish, which is the right thing to do. but in the DR, CLARO doesn't offer you that courtesy for English be on cell call for help or billing etc. So I don't use them.

Over 90% of the time, the app doesn't work. I get the error message, "no disponible instente mas tarde"
