Ratings and reviews

Good way to keep in touch with teachers & get updates from school. But the UI is horribly cluttered, and they're constantly trying to upsell you! I ONLY want the teacher & school community capability, but the app every couple weeks tries to force me to "Get Started" and give them more info, then get me to subscribe to all sorts of things. My child's education is NOT a place for you to make money!

One bad experience outweighs everything else and I won't change my rating until I'm assured it changed. I was trying to read a teacher's message to me that my child was sick only to be constantly interrupted by questionnaire after questionnaire popping up trying to ask what I wanted for my child this year. No option to defer. couldn't skip all the questions. I had to answer them while intensely wondering about my child. and at the end? try to upsell me. terrible experience.

SOOOOOOO many ads and emails from the company. I'm ONLY on here because the school switched to it this year. I kind of hate it. It's not intuitive, but probably because its so loaded with apps I can't figure out where to focus my eyes to navigate the app. I'm sure the paid subscription is much better, but I dont intend to subscribe, as is didnt choose this tool for home/school communication. I added a star because at least the company is responsive and that goes a long way.
