Ratings and reviews

In my experience, Classic Tech is one of the worst internet service providers in Nepal. The service has been extremely disappointing. The internet frequently goes down, issue resolution takes too long, and customer support is unresponsive. They collect payment in advance but fail to provide timely service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this ISP.

Internet speed becomes extremely slow every night. Even basic browsing, apps, and videos barely work. The same excuses like "high traffic" and "maintenance" are given repeatedly. Speed not matching the advertised plan. Also, how are customers supposed to report an internet issue through the Classic Tech app when the app itself requires internet to submit a complaint? Slow customer support response times. If I could give 0 ratings I would have done it.

worst experience ever Very disappointing service. The internet frequently stops working, and when there is a problem, customer support does not respond or takes far too long to help. I would not recommend this provider unless they improve both their network stability and customer support.
