really frustrating Very poor customer service. My internet has been down for 3 days, and despite contacting Classic Tech multiple times every day, I keep getting the same response that it will be fixed “soon.” I understand technical issues can happen, but leaving a paying customer without proper service for 3 days and repeatedly giving no clear resolution is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the support and service.

In my experience, Classic Tech is one of the worst internet service providers in Nepal. The service has been extremely disappointing. The internet frequently goes down, issue resolution takes too long, and customer support is unresponsive. They collect payment in advance but fail to provide timely service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this ISP.

Internet speed becomes extremely slow every night. Even basic browsing, apps, and videos barely work. The same excuses like "high traffic" and "maintenance" are given repeatedly. Speed not matching the advertised plan. Also, how are customers supposed to report an internet issue through the Classic Tech app when the app itself requires internet to submit a complaint? Slow customer support response times. If I could give 0 ratings I would have done it.
