Ratings and reviews

It would be preferable to use NT Fiber, as it is significantly more affordable and provides a more stable internet connection. the staff at Classic Tech appear to be relatively inexperienced and unprofessional. Additionally, they often fail to respond promptly even after complaints are made. Although Classic Tech’s internet service is more expensive than that of other providers, it employs a different (FUP) structure. While many other providers apply FUP on a daily usage marketing gimics.

Very poor service from ClassicTech. No proper communication, no response from the team, and my issue has not been solved even after 1 month. Extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend others not to choose this service.

The internet connection has been extremely unreliable, especially during nighttime, when the speed drops drastically to the point where even simple tasks like browsing or loading basic apps take unusually long. Streaming becomes impossible, videos buffer nonstop, and pages freeze halfway while loading. The service provider always seems to have a ready-made reason for why the internet slows down at night, repeating the same excuses about “high traffic,” “maintenance,” or “temporary issues,”
