The internet connection has been extremely unreliable, especially during nighttime, when the speed drops drastically to the point where even simple tasks like browsing or loading basic apps take unusually long. Streaming becomes impossible, videos buffer nonstop, and pages freeze halfway while loading. The service provider always seems to have a ready-made reason for why the internet slows down at night, repeating the same excuses about “high traffic,” “maintenance,” or “temporary issues,”

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Classic Tech. This has been one of the worst internet service experiences I have ever had. My internet connection was completely cut off from March 27 to April 5, and during this entire period, their customer care service was shockingly unresponsive. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, there was no proper support, no timely response, and no effort to resolve the issue. In today’s world, where reliable internet is essential.

Very poor service from ClassicTech. No proper communication, no response from the team, and my issue has not been solved even after 1 month. Extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend others not to choose this service.
