The internet connection has been extremely unreliable, especially during nighttime, when the speed drops drastically to the point where even simple tasks like browsing or loading basic apps take unusually long. Streaming becomes impossible, videos buffer nonstop, and pages freeze halfway while loading. The service provider always seems to have a ready-made reason for why the internet slows down at night, repeating the same excuses about “high traffic,” “maintenance,” or “temporary issues,”

On every recharge they tell to upgrade the speed. But the internet is slower and slower. It lags while playing or watching movies while I'm single person using it . Also Customer service is worse , whenever we call them due to slow internet , they just restart the router and for 10-15 mins it's smooth then again the same.When ever there is problem ( red light blinking ) they either say aago lagya xa or pole change. They shut the service for a day or 2 .

I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Classic Tech WiFi. The internet is constantly disconnecting, and the speed is nowhere near what they promised. Even basic browsing becomes a struggle, let alone streaming or working online. Their customer service is terrible – it’s nearly impossible to get quick help. You have to call multiple times, and even then, they just say “our team is checking,” but nothing actually gets fixed. The support team is either untrained or simply doesn’t care.
