1st day it worked good, 2nd day it felt sluggish, 3rd day there was red blinking light problem. Called for help but they didn't even bother to send technician WHICH THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD BE IN 5:00 PM. 4th day contacted customer service again, said they would send technician, they didn't :) 5th day same thing but this time I went to their headquarters to get a refund, but this time they sent technician with me saying refund wasn't possible. Don't bother with this garbage ISP.

Customer service is very infuriating. I recharged and upgraded my internet paying more than I usually do from their advice and they promised a new router for free. It has been 2-3 months and when I call to ask when they'll come and set up the router they say it is out of stock everytime. Clearly they persuade you to pay more for a good deal but after the payment is made they really don't care. I'm waiting for when the time will be up and I can switch to any other IPS asap. This is embarrassing.

About the ISP itself. Feels like a local isp or even worse. My internet connection was not working and the red light was blinking on the router, so I called them and they said they would send a technician soon but they didn't for 2 days. After he came and checked, he found that our internet cable was disconnected from the box. I informed that to classic tech, and asked for 2 days payback, but they told me that their database shows that the data was being transferred. I didn't get any payback.
