The app looks awesome. And the concept that we can book in advance for 5€ more is great. Also that we can invite friends under 30 for 5€ more for them is great. Cool way to make friends discover opera. Thanks a lot for your work, the calendar is also a lot easier to navigate than before. I love this update. Thanks, i love Berlin for this!

Couldn't extend my membership in the app before my birthday so lost the opportunity to use the service (update came after my birthday). Password reset can't handle emails with '+' inside them locking me out of my account. Photo ID verification stage couldn't process my ID when I tried to create a new account and despite a message saying that the team would get back to me to resolve the issue, no one did. UPDATE: Team reached out to help with password reset, so I can use the app again

It was perfect until the recent update. The colors of the Sitzgruppe used to be very easy to recognize and are easier to understand intuitively (the rainbow color gradation: red-orange-yellow-green-blue). The new colors, however, are intuitively harder to read, and the colors of Sitzgruppe 1 and Sitzgruppe 4 are very similar and could easily be confused with each other. Another suggestion I'd like to add is a preview of the seat view so that I know what I would expect to see during the show.
