Classrota: School Timetable

Techtix Global

About this app

Classrota is the free timetable and homework planner for students, made for schools that run Week A and Week B, or three, four or five different weeks.

Set up your lessons once and Classrota always shows the right week. Open it to see what you have now, what is next, which room to go to and what to bring.

ROTATING WEEKS, DONE PROPERLY
• Timetables that repeat every one to five weeks
• Name them Week A and Week B, or anything you like
• Add term dates and holidays so the rotation pauses while you are away
• Change a single lesson for one day when there is a room change, a cover teacher or a cancellation

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• The lesson you are in with a progress bar, then everything still to come
• Free periods, what to bring, and homework and exams coming up
• One-off or repeating meetings and interventions next to your lessons

HOMEWORK THAT GETS DONE
• Due dates, priorities, steps and repeats
• Attach a photo of the worksheet or the board
• A focus timer for when you sit down to do it
• Reminders for what is due

EXAMS
• Date, time, room and seat for every exam, with a countdown
• A revision plan spread over the days you have left

FRIENDS AND FAMILY
• Swap codes with a friend to see who is free and who is in your lesson today
• Parents and carers get a view-only account that can follow one or more children
