Scam. Customer service/support is non existent. Says it'll send you a link to cancel, never happens. Contact form on app, no answer, not even an automated one. Email is also a joke. 60% off is only honored once, then price goes to almost 3x as much for the next payment. I've been trying to cancel for 3 days, no response or acknowledgement of anything.

Downloaded the app but didn't subscribe after the free period, you have taken approx $260au from my account. I have sent an email, got a response from Emily and replied to her and now have heard nothing. I want my money back and a reply to my email By the way your app didn't work properly that's why I didn't continue with the app after the free period. Big thanks to Nata who took over and promptly refunded my money.

When I open the app, a message is prompt: "Downgraded User This app is currently not available. Please contact the owner of this app of the issue persists." All I want to do is cancel my subscription since I no longer want this app.
