About this app

Run your cleaning business from your pocket.

CleaningOperator is the mobile app for cleaning companies and the teams who work for them. Office staff manage the schedule, customers, invoices and payroll. Cleaners see their jobs, get directions and request extra work. Everyone works from the same up-to-date schedule.

FOR CLEANERS

• See your jobs for the day and week, with times, services and addresses
• Open a job for directions, customer details and photos
• Browse unassigned jobs and request the ones that suit you
• Check your availability and your payslips
• Message the office and get notified when things change

FOR THE OFFICE

• A Today screen that shows late starts, job requests and payment problems, so you know what needs you first
• A schedule you can switch between agenda, cleaner, week and month views
• Bookings you can search and filter, with late jobs easy to spot
• Customer records with contact details, addresses and history
• Invoices you can send, and overdue ones you can chase with a tap
• Payroll that lets you review and save each pay run
• An assistant you can ask questions about your schedule and customers

BUILT FOR REAL DAYS

Jobs change, people run late and customers rebook. CleaningOperator keeps the whole team looking at the same picture, so less time goes on phone calls and more on cleaning.

Admins can switch between the office and cleaner views, so owners who also clean can use one login.

A CleaningOperator account is required. Your company sets up your access, then you sign in with your email.
