About this app

CleanOps is the mobile companion to CleanOps (cleanops.work), the job, hours and invoicing system for cleaning businesses. It gives cleaners and supervisors what they need on the move: today's jobs, a quick way to log hours, and a reminder before every job.

SEE YOUR JOBS FOR THE DAY
• Open the app to see today's jobs, with times and property addresses
• Tap an address to get directions in Google Maps
• Tap a phone number to call straight from the job
• Move back and forward through the days, or jump straight to today
• See how many jobs you have and your expected and earned income

LOG HOURS IN SECONDS
• Log the hours you worked against each job
• Add a note to any worklog
• Edit a worklog if you need to correct it
• Your hours go straight to your business, ready for invoices and pay summaries, with no paper timesheets to chase

REMINDERS BEFORE EVERY JOB
• Get a push notification about an hour before each job starts
• Look back over past reminders in the notifications screen

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• See the same daily view for your business
• Log hours on behalf of a team member who can't do it themselves

YOUR PROFILE
• Update your name, phone number and profile photo
• Change your password, or reset it if you forget it

HOW TO SIGN IN
CleanOps accounts are set up by the business, not in the app. If your employer uses CleanOps, they'll add you on cleanops.work and you can sign in with the same email and password. The mobile app is included with the CleanOps Growth plan.
