Ratings and reviews

The camera option has gotten worse since the last update. The photos can only be taken in 1x or larger zoom. Wide angle is needed to get accurate views of rooms, especially tight or crowded spaces. A picture of a couch isn't very useful, I need to capture the whole room. Also, the automatic light feature while scanning dark spaces has only worked once.

There's no room for error, not everything is clear & concise. Ex, when adding rooms if you have to go back to page everything is at zero, it appears you have to start over w "adding rooms" (# bdrm, #baths, etc.) That adds on to what your prev count; no way to remove these extra rooms. This app is clearly not designed w insight from appraiser/realtor. Not sure why there's end of training survey when we didn't get a chance to test product, which is counter productive.

The new app does not work as well as the previous version. I use a Samsung Galaxy S23+. Camera function does not take pictures with as wide‐angle as before. The floor plan scan is sluggish and locked up several times the first time I used it, I had to delete it and start over
