WHAT IT DOES
AfterBell runs registers, weekly slots and parent payments for after-school, breakfast and holiday clubs — all from a phone.

• Keep a register of children with parent contacts, school, allergies, medical notes and authorised pick-up people
• Sign children in and out with a timestamp and staff initials — an exportable attendance record
• Set weekly attendance patterns (for example Mon/Wed/Fri) and match recurring billing to the slots
• Raise one-off charges for ad-hoc sessions and holiday camps
• Send each parent a secure payment link
• See paid and unpaid weeks at a glance
• Add staff sign-ins and export your register to CSV

HOW PAYMENTS WORK
Parents pay on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe; the card statement shows your club's name. Money settles directly to your own bank account — AfterBell never holds your funds, and the app never sees or stores card numbers.
