CalibraVault is an offline calibration recall register and certificate vault for the person who owns the gauge list and faces the auditor.
Micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, height gauges, gauge blocks and pressure gauges each carry a due date, a certificate and a traceability chain. ISO 9001:2015 clause 7.1.5.2 asks for calibration or verification against traceable standards wherever measurement traceability is a requirement or is essential to confidence in the result, and for the records that show it.
WHAT IT DOES
Recall radar
See every gauge at a glance: in calibration, due soon, out at the laboratory, or expired. A tool sent away for calibration shows as out at the lab, so nobody raises a finding over a gauge that is already being dealt with.
Out-of-tolerance impact query
When a gauge comes back marked as-found out of tolerance, CalibraVault lists every job and lot recorded against it since its last known-good calibration, and exports that list as a PDF. Clause 7.1.5.2 asks you to determine whether previous measurement results were affected. Reconstructing that window by hand takes days.
Certificate vault
Attach the calibration certificate to the tool. Record the laboratory, the certificate number, the traceability reference, and as-found and as-left condition as separate fields, because they answer different audit questions.
Escalating reminders
Alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days before a gauge is due, on the interval you set for that tool. External laboratory turnaround is measured in weeks, so a 7-day warning is no use.
Tool custody
Assign gauges to technicians and machine bays. Scan a tool before a production run and see its calibration status at the moment the check actually matters.
Master calibration register
Export the whole register as a PDF laid out for an auditor to walk down: tool identity, interval, last and next calibration, laboratory, traceability reference and current status.

Your register lives on the device. No account, no sign-in, no cloud.

WHAT IT IS NOT
CalibraVault is a record-keeping tool. It reduces the admin of a calibration register and organises your certificates. It does not calibrate anything, it does not verify a certificate or a laboratory's accreditation, and it does not replace your quality management system's documented procedure. The impact query is a starting point for your own review, not a determination: it reports the usage recorded in the app for the affected period, and records can be incomplete.
The standard tier holds 10 tools with the full recall radar and certificate vault. An optional subscription or one-time purchase adds unlimited tools, custody tracking, the impact query and the PDF exports. Whatever happens to your plan, everything you have already recorded stays readable and editable.
