About this app

GiftPage lets a salon, day spa, massage therapist, barber or nail studio sell gift certificates from its own page and redeem them at the counter with a QR scan. Customers pay by card, the certificate arrives by email, and GiftPage records each certificate's balance and redemptions.

WHAT IT DOES

Your own gift page
Publish a page in your shop's name. Customers pick an amount or a named treatment, choose a design, add a message and a recipient, and pay with a card through Stripe Checkout. The buyer gets a receipt and the recipient gets the certificate by email, with a printable page and a QR code.

The Balance Ring
Scan the QR or type the code at the counter. A ring shows what is left on the certificate; type the amount used and the ring shrinks before you confirm. Any remaining balance stays available for a later visit.

Counter sales
Sell a certificate in person, paid in cash or on your own card reader, and hand it over on screen, by email, by link or as a printed PDF.

Record sales and redemptions offline
A redemption or a counter sale made without a connection is saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns. A balance waiting to sync is shown as pending, never as final.

Every certificate in one list
Sold, redeemable, used up and voided, with search by name or code. See the total remaining balance across redeemable certificates for your records, and export the list as CSV.

Designs
Six built-in certificate designs, or your own photo as the background. Buyers can choose a design on your page.

Treatments as gifts
Add treatments such as a massage or a facial with their prices, and sell them as certificates by name.

Holiday reminders
A nudge three weeks before December, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day to share your gift page.

PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR STRIPE ACCOUNT

Customers pay through Stripe Checkout connected to your shop's own Stripe account. GiftPage never holds the money, and refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.

EXPIRY SETTINGS

Certificates have no expiry date and no fees unless you choose otherwise. An expiry help screen explains US federal gift card rules and notes that state requirements may differ.

TEAM AND ACCESS

Add a second seat for your front desk. Your certificates are stored on GiftPage's servers so the buy page and every counter see the same balances. The app is available in 10 languages; the buy page and the certificates are in English and Spanish.

WHO IT IS FOR

Independent salons, day spas, massage therapists, barbers, nail technicians and other small service businesses that sell gift certificates and want a page and a counter tool instead of a paper book.

GiftPage keeps the shop's own record of certificates and balances. It is not legal or tax advice.
