About this app

Create a digital welcome book for your vacation rental, with check-in instructions, wifi details, house rules and local recommendations. Everything goes on one web page with a QR code you print and place by the entrance, on the fridge or anywhere in the property. Guests scan it with their phone camera. Nobody installs anything.

The welcome book puts different information first before arrival, during the stay and on checkout day. Before check-in it leads with directions and how to get in. During the stay it leads with the wifi, the appliances and your tips. On the last morning it leads with the checkout steps. Send a guest a link with their stay dates, and HostPage uses those dates and your property's time zone to choose what appears first.

WHAT IT DOES

Guidebook sections
Getting here, getting in, wifi, house rules, appliances, trash and recycling, emergency, checkout, local tips and your contact card. Drag them into your order, hide those you do not need and add your own. Each section takes text and a photo; appliances, rules, checkout steps and local tips take cards of their own, each with a photo and a map or web link.

Arrival Mode
Three faces for one page: arriving, during the stay and checkout. Guests can tap between them, and a link with stay dates opens with the relevant information first and a note such as "Your stay starts tomorrow. Check-in from 15:00."

Door codes, handled carefully
The door code stays hidden unless you choose to show it. Set it to show only on a dated link and it appears from the day before arrival to checkout day; the same link shows no code after the stay. Anyone holding that link can see the code while it is valid.

Wifi with copy buttons
The network name and password sit at the top of the wifi card with a copy button each.

QR cards to print
A large QR card for the entrance, or four smaller cards for around the property, on A4 or Letter paper. The wifi can go on the card for guests whose phone will not scan.

Preview before you publish
Preview the guest page for any stay dates before anything goes live. Edits stay private until you tap Publish.

Printed welcome book
A PDF of the whole guidebook for the kitchen counter.

Guest page in five languages
The page's buttons and labels follow the guest's phone in English, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese. Your own text stays as you write it.

PRO FEATURES

Up to five properties, all published
One account for every place you host, with sections you can copy from one property to the next.

Page views
How often each guide was opened, day by day, counted when the page loads. No guest is identified.

A co-host seat
Invite one co-host with a code. They edit every guidebook and can publish.

Local tips helper
Five suggestions drafted from the property's address to start your local tips. You check each one and keep only what you like.

TIERS

Standard builds and previews one guidebook and prints it as a PDF. Solo publishes one guide page with its QR cards and dated links. Pro adds up to five published properties, page views, a co-host seat and the tips helper. Everything you make stays readable and printable on every tier.

WHO IT IS FOR

Vacation rental and holiday let hosts with one to five properties, whether they take bookings through a platform or directly, and the co-hosts who help them.

Your guidebooks are stored on HostPage's servers so the page can be published and a co-host sees the same book. The app keeps a local copy and saves changes when the connection returns. HostPage does not take bookings or payments and does not connect to booking platforms.
