PackDesk keeps pets, owners, daycare packs and payments in one phone app for dog daycare and boarding businesses.

• Keep a profile for every pet — breed, temperament, feeding notes and vet details — linked to a paying owner
• Handle one owner with many pets
• Sell prepaid daycare punch-packs (for example 10 days); check-in decrements the balance and a low-balance reminder prompts a repurchase link
• Record drop-off and pick-up with timestamps
• Set up recurring daycare plans and one-off boarding charges
• Send owners a secure payment link for packs, plans and stays
• Track paid and outstanding balances in one money view
• Add staff sign-ins and export your records to CSV
