PATBook is a private, offline PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) log and certificate maker for electricians, PAT testers, and landlord-compliance contractors.

- Enter readings from any PAT tester - earth continuity (Ohms), insulation resistance (MOhms), polarity, and functional checks
- Mark the overall PASS or FAIL result - your professional judgement
- Build an asset register that tracks every appliance and its next-due date
- See which appliances are coming up for retest, with reminders
- Generate a PDF PAT test certificate and an asset register report
- Export an asset register as CSV
- Optionally scan a barcode to pull up an asset ID - or type it by hand
