PawVisit is the record book for a solo dog walker or pet sitter. The client and pet cards, the visit log with a timer, the card you send the owner after a walk, and the weekly invoice. It works offline and your records stay on your phone.
WHAT IT DOES
The visit
Tap the pet, tap start, walk the dog, tap stop. Add a photo and tap what happened as you go: walked, fed, water, peed, pooped, meds given, playtime, let out, litter. The timer is worked out from the moment you started, so locking the phone or taking a call does not lose it.
The visit card
When you stop, PawVisit builds a card: the photo, the pet's name, the date, the start time, how long you were out, what happened and your note. You share it from your own phone through WhatsApp, a text or email, whichever the owner prefers. There is no client app for them to install and nothing is sent automatically.
Clients and pets
Name, phone, address, how to get in, the alarm code, the key tag, the emergency contact and the vet. For each pet: photo, breed, date of birth, weight, medication as the owner gave it, feeding notes, walking notes, and the things you need before you open the door, like pulls on the lead, reactive, never off lead.
One visit can cover several pets from the same household and produces one card for them.
The key ring
Every key you hold and whose it is, sorted by the tag written on the fob. If a key goes missing you can see whose it is in seconds.
Invoices
Bill a client for a week or a month from the visits you completed, at their rate or your standard one. PDF with your own logo. Mark an invoice paid and how it was paid, and see what is owed at 14, 30 and over 30 days. PawVisit does not take payments.
Reminders
Tomorrow's visits, and an invoice still unpaid after two weeks.
Reports
Visits, hours worked and what your completed visits came to, by client, over four weeks to a year. That figure is the value of the work you finished, whether or not it has been invoiced or paid yet. Export to CSV.
Backup
One file with everything in it, photos included. It opens on another Android phone running PawVisit, and restoring adds what is missing rather than replacing what is there.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
PawVisit asks for no location permission at all. It cannot record your route, it cannot see where you go, and there is no map. That is a property of the app, not a setting you have to trust.
There is no account and no sign-up. Your clients' alarm codes and key tags sit on your phone behind an optional app lock that uses your fingerprint, face or device PIN where your phone supports it.
The standard tier shows ads and the app reports crashes so faults can be fixed, so it is not an app that sends nothing at all. What it never sends is anything about where you have been, because it never knows.
WHO IT IS FOR
The one-person dog walker or pet sitter with ten to sixty regular clients who wants the record and the owner update from something built for one person rather than for a team.
The standard tier keeps ten pets, the visit log, the timer and the visit card. Everything you have already recorded stays readable, whatever tier you are on.
