About this app

WHAT IT DOES
TruckTemp is a private, offline-first temperature log for food-truck, trailer, concession, and catering operators who keep their own food-safety records for the health inspection.

- Set up your temperature-check stations once, then log each in two taps
- Record cold-holding and hot-holding temps with your own target ranges
- Auto-flag readings that fall outside the range and capture the corrective action
- Run a cooling timer that tracks the 2-hour and 6-hour cooling checkpoints
- Get reminders to log opening and closing temperatures
- Switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius
- Keep separate logs for more than one truck or trailer
- Attach a photo to a reading or a corrective action
- Export a daily, date-range, cooling, or corrective-action PDF for the inspector
- Keep your own records on your own device

WHO IT'S FOR
- Food-truck, trailer, and concession owner-operators
- Caterers and farmers-market food vendors
- Anyone who keeps a daily food temperature log for the health inspection

YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS
Trucks, stations, readings, and cooling events are stored on your device. TruckTemp is a record-keeping tool, not a certification or inspection service, and does not guarantee that any food is safe or that any record meets the FDA Food Code or your local health department's requirements. Temperature thresholds shown are FDA Food Code defaults — confirm the code edition and the record-retention period with your local health department.
