TurnSnap is a turnover proof tool for short-let cleaners, Airbnb co-hosts, and end-of-tenancy cleaners.

Capture before and after photos of every job with a timestamp and approximate GPS pin. TurnSnap generates a branded PDF report and JPEG strip you can WhatsApp to your host in seconds, with your own payment link embedded so the host can pay you the same day.

• Team — £14.99 / month or £129 / year (up to 5 workers, one workspace)

DATA AND PRIVACY
Your data lives on your device first. Cloud backup is opt-in. If you enable it, photos and reports sync to Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage in europe-west2 (London). You can delete your account and all backed-up data from Settings; deletion cascades within 90 days.

What TurnSnap is not: it is not a chartered property inspection, not a regulated inventory clerk service, and not a forensic chain-of-custody. It is a record-keeping tool that reduces dispute risk between cleaners and hosts — it does not remove it.
