Ratings and reviews

The internet itself is great but the app is ridiculous. Most of the time when I am on the app trying to set time limits for the kids, or trying to manage devices, I end up getting a "there was a delay, try again later" message. The other half of the time, the app will lock down devices that do not have any type of set time limit on them. The lag between being able to push the buttons, to when it finally allows you to access anything within the app is also a major issue. Please do an update asap.

App is useless. Hasn't worked since the first month I started with Clearwave in Oct 2024. I have 1 gig service, but the 4G LTE gives me much better service than my Clearwave Wi-Fi. And I have Clearwave's router and modem. They provide no documentation for their system, have a useless app that doesn't work, and paying their bill is a monthly nightmare of a chore! Seriously looking for better options.

Fantastic service, but you can't pay from the app. The payment part of it all is my only complaint. It's complicated, and there are some hoops to jump through to make payments. Otherwise, it's great, easy controls, and you can run bandwidth tests with ease.
