Ratings and reviews

The service is wonderful but trying to pay your bill is a nightmare. I got scammed by accidentally calling a fake customer service number. There should be an option to pay thru the app. It's ridiculous.

You can do nothing account wise. It shows only what is connected. And if the service is on. Not really much of an app. Would love to see it include the actual account access with bill pay option etc.

I save so much money with clearwave internet services which are just as good as my former cable company.
