App is useless. Hasn't worked since the first month I started with Clearwave in Oct 2024. I have 1 gig service, but the 4G LTE gives me much better service than my Clearwave Wi-Fi. And I have Clearwave's router and modem. They provide no documentation for their system, have a useless app that doesn't work, and paying their bill is a monthly nightmare of a chore! Seriously looking for better options.

Doesnt have any useful features you'd expect from a router management app. No access to things like port forwarding or other router admin features. Can't even access/change the login for the proper admin portal which I have to hope gives access to normal features... If I can figure out what the installer changed my user/pass to. Waste of time to install this junk.

There isn't any contact information on the app i had to Google just to find out a phone number. Why doesn't your app have outage information? I had to Google that also ! c'mon Clearwave get your act together! I had better communication from Xfinity and they SUCK !
