Response to their response: you can still make these items optional or opt in. Because someone *might* need it doesn't mean all users should have to accept just to log in. And I still have the language issue. Original: There's no need to access my location, my camera, etc for headphones. Make these items opt in, not opt out. Also, the case is stuck in another language, and the touch screen doesn't work. I'm surprised to find these very basic, functional problems.

Hi - Some of our headphones, including the ARC 3 SPORT series earbuds records step counts and maps distance, with additional options for runners. As such, we would need location information. Also, our ARC 3 has a feature to "take a photo", which would require camera access. Regards, Rich - Cleer team

Way to go guys! You just ensured your headphones are getting sent back to Amazon. It's a shame too because the headphones seem like they'd work great, but the non-functioning app just ruins the whole experience. If you're gonna require an app to access certain features, as least make sure the app works. After numerous tries, uninstalling and re installing, I could never get the app to connect, kept getting the pairing failed error despite my headphones being connected.

Bought the ARCII wireless headphones and absolutely love them!! The sound quality, range of volume, connectivity, battery life, everything I have just been blown away by this product. They are so comfortable wearing them over the ear, I easily can wear them all day and hardly realize that I'm wearing them at all. But the headphones are what I purchased and cleerly they are not getting the attention they need. IMO, the Cleer are as good as a Bose or Apple product that is fairly priced.
