With the Cleer+ app, you can unlock the full capabilities of your Cleer headphone. This app will allow you to customize and adjust the noise cancelling and ambient sound levels, the EQ tuning and firmware updates. In addition, it will also provide quick access to the products’ user manual, remaining battery level and playback time available. The Cleer+ app is compatible with the Cleer headphones.

Way to go guys! You just ensured your headphones are getting sent back to Amazon. It's a shame too because the headphones seem like they'd work great, but the non-functioning app just ruins the whole experience. If you're gonna require an app to access certain features, as least make sure the app works. After numerous tries, uninstalling and re installing, I could never get the app to connect, kept getting the pairing failed error despite my headphones being connected.

Bought the ARCII wireless headphones and absolutely love them!! The sound quality, range of volume, connectivity, battery life, everything I have just been blown away by this product. They are so comfortable wearing them over the ear, I easily can wear them all day and hardly realize that I'm wearing them at all. But the headphones are what I purchased and cleerly they are not getting the attention they need. IMO, the Cleer are as good as a Bose or Apple product that is fairly priced.

At first, the app worked great. My settings were reset a few time which was annoying. Now as of 12/12/22 everytime i change custom eq, it would reset. Which is VERY annoying. I get it, Everynow and again, youll have some issues. Im sure this will be fixed. Just a matter of when. Hopefully soon. Update: This is ridiculous, everytime i connect my headphones i have to Set the eq up again. There is no point in having these headphones. Just save your money and get those sony headphones for 300
