With the Cleer+ app, you can unlock the full capabilities of your Cleer headphone. This app will allow you to customize and adjust the noise cancelling and ambient sound levels, the EQ tuning and firmware updates. In addition, it will also provide quick access to the products’ user manual, remaining battery level and playback time available. The Cleer+ app is compatible with the Cleer headphones.

I have the cleerspace speaker and it worked great and was able to pair to my Amazon devices so I can use my prime music. Well we decided to switch internet companies and NOW it acts like it doesn't exist!! Can't even find the speaker in the app just a bunch of headphones 😒 It pairs with my blue tooth just fine..But I paid way too much for it just to be another Bluetooth speaker. How can I get it to connect back to WIFI and USE it for that I bought it forAlready updated and re installed!

I own multiple Cleer devices and I LOVE the app. It activates within 3 seconds or less of opening my over-ear earbud case, reporting battery status, noise reduction settings, setting voice control & more! The Help function details a "laundry list" of situations that I might encounter, saving me from the need to reach out to tech support. The LCD screen on the ARC 3 can be customized from the app, including customized wallpapers & firmware upgrades. An Android Widget would be cool!!

Very glitchy, screen briefly flashes the controls that I need, but the controls won't stay on screen. Was unable to successfully modify the settings on my brand new Arc II Sport. Very happy with the physical product, but if it requires the app to modify the hardware settings, then I may need to revise my satisfaction of the physical product ☹️
