CLEIN Pro – For Professionals is the app dedicated to home service and minor maintenance professionals: cleaners, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, painters, installers, smart home and home automation technicians, and much more.

With CLEIN Pro, you can receive qualified job requests, manage bookings, schedules, profiles, and reviews quickly and easily, and in compliance with Italian regulations.

✔ Receive customer requests and accept or decline bookings
✔ Set availability, work areas, and services offered
✔ Communicate with customers via in-app messaging (hours, addresses, specific requests)
✔ Receive notifications and booking status updates
✔ Create and maintain your professional profile with photos, descriptions, and real reviews
✔ Access the CLEIN Pro App and Professional Web Dashboard to manage your business from your smartphone or computer

❓ How it works

1️⃣ Register and complete your professional profile
(VAT number, Tax Code, SDI/PEC, and contact details)
2️⃣ Set the services offered, operating areas, and available hours
3️⃣ Receive requests and confirm bookings via the app or web dashboard
4️⃣ Complete the work and issue the customer the required tax document

💳 Payments and invoicing (total transparency)

✔ Payments are made directly between the Client and the Professional, outside of the app
✔ The receipt or invoice is issued by the Professional to the client
✔ CLEIN does not charge commissions and does not collect money on behalf of the Professional
✔ For the monthly subscription to CLEIN Pro, CLEIN issues a FatturaPA exclusively for the platform usage fee

⚠️ Booking rules (marketplace integrity)

✔ All bookings must be managed through CLEIN Pro or the Professional Dashboard
✔ Tasks organized outside of the platform are at the sole risk of the Client and Professional and are not covered by CLEIN support

✔ Minimum age 18 and valid ID
✔ VAT number, Tax Code, and SDI/PEC for electronic invoicing
✔ Licenses, certifications, and insurance required by law for your business
✔ Truthful, complete, and always up-to-date information on your profile
