About this app

Needlefall turns the music you already play into a spinning vinyl record.

Play a song in your favorite music app and it lands on the turntable: the cover becomes the record label, the tonearm drops, and the record starts to spin. Change the song and the record changes with it — in the app, on your home screen, and as a live wallpaper.

■ A turntable that feels real
Drag the tonearm onto the record to play, lift it to pause. Swipe the record up or down to skip. It speeds up and coasts to a stop like a real deck, with a needle-drop sound and haptics.

■ Vinyl widget for your home screen
Small, medium and large widgets that spin while your music plays, with play, pause and skip. The background takes its colors from the album cover.

■ Live wallpaper
Make your whole home screen a turntable that follows your music.

■ Your record shelf
Every album you really listen to lands in a 3D record crate that tilts as you move your phone. Open an album to see the full track list and play any track in your music app. Tidy it up anytime — long-press to take a record off the shelf.

■ Choose your pressing
Classic black vinyl, amber, ruby, cobalt, jade, clear, bone, smoke, marble, splatter or split — or a color taken from each album's cover, so every album gets its own pressing. Pair it with a turntable in felt green, walnut, slate, navy, oxblood or linen.

■ Share it as a record
Turn any album into a share card or a short video — the sleeve with the record sliding out, ready for Stories, posts or chats. Add your name and a QR code that opens the album.

■ Works with the apps you already use
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, QQ Music, NetEase Cloud Music and most music players that show their music on your lock screen. No account and no sign-in.

■ Private by design
Needlefall uses Android's notification access only to see what's playing — never the content of your notifications. Your listening history stays on your phone. No ads, no analytics.

■ Try it free, buy it once
Everything is free for 7 days. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks Needlefall for good. No subscription, no ads, ever.

Vinyl record player, turntable, music widget, now playing widget, album art, live wallpaper, aesthetic home screen — for everyone who misses the sound of the needle.
