Clenergy EV driver’s app gives access to AC and DC charge points up to 350kw.



The App provides the following functions:



Register



Add a credit card to enable quick payment transactions.
Add your car, to enable Clenergy EV to recommend charge points suitable for your car.


Locate



Use the map-based search function to locate your nearest suitable charge point




Charge



Enter Station ID or Scan QR code displayed on the charge Point.
Start and Stop your charge via the app.
Pay via the app.
Compatible with any EV, including Hybrids.


Monitor



Monitor your total spend
Monitor your CO2 saving
Monitor your efficiency - Miles per kWh

Ratings and reviews

Set it up, added a profile, registered a bank card. First time I tried to use it: it forgot my bank card, made me add another (in the pouring rain, though that's not its fault), and then magically found the previous card and put it in the list twice. Second time: it kept crashing repeatedly before taking payment so I didn't know if it had taken the £30 holding charge or not. Third time: it froze while telling me to plug the cable in. Still haven't charged car. Unlikely to try again with Clenergy

Another poor EV charging app, with a confusing interface and full of usability apps. The privacy statement is inconsistent and confusing, too. It would be better for EV users if this app did not exist - there are better alternatives out there.

Email verification does not work, charging as a guest as well. The rate is very high for the convenience provided.
