Welcome to Cleva. The prepaid debit card, app and management platform for Care Agencies and Legal teams, which allows carers, case managers, deputies and legal guardians to shop and handle expenses for people under their care, using a single card.

* SAFE SPENDING: Every transaction has a timestamp and the details of who used the card: ensuring that you, your staff and your clients are protected.
* TIME SAVING: No petty cash means time saved going between clients. Your team can go straight to the shop without having to visit the client to collect cash first.

HOW CLEVA WORKS

* Every client has a digital wallet. Money can be loaded onto this wallet on a regular schedule, for example £100 per month, or it can be topped up when required.
* Cards are then either provided directly to the client, where they can gain independence with guided spending, or to their care team when they need additional support with their spending.
* When Cleva is used to manage multiple clients at once, simply open the Cleva app, select which client wallet to use and the next purchase on the Cleva card will come from the chosen client wallet.
* The app can also be used to check the balance of the wallet and, as Cleva tracks every purchase, it’s easy to keep track of who spent the money, when and where.
* You also have the option for families to see what’s being spent by or behalf of their loved one.
* There’s no need to carry around multiple cards and any need for cash is removed.
