Employees present in remote offices (condominiums in which the cleaning service is carried out, construction sites, etc.) will be able to enter and exit just as if they were in the headquarters. When the employee takes a look at the exit from the place where he is carrying out the work, he must select the activities (precompiled) that were performed during the period between entry and exit. The employee can make reports (description and photos) on faults, malfunctions and more directly using the smartphone. From the Control Center, the Administrator will be able to monitor the work done by the employees and have statistics on who, when and what was done.
