I am unable to login to my account on the app since last update (4.4.33). Tried in-app password reset but response is "This customer does not exist in our system". Login using Web browser is OK so issues appear to be only app related. [Update 25/01/21] Thank you to developers for quick response. Bug fix update v4.4.34 has fully resolved the login issues.

Horrible, possible total scam. Failed to perform and deliver the offered service. Asked to cancel and was told to turn off the auto-renew setting. Did so, but was charged a renewal anyway. Asked for a refund and was told that 14 days minimum notice must be given (out of thin air) even though auto-renew was turned off and I had requested cancellation 13 days before, and was on a month by month plan. Rude, ugly, snide and short customer service of no help. Just one bad actor behind the facade?

Worst company I ever dealt with. They are scanmers and they use auto renewal to rob you off. They are illegally charged my card even after I closed my account and I had to ask my bank to block this company being able to charge my credit card to prevent future charges. Their customer service is non-existent, and they are just simple scammers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
