Tandem App is an add-on for Click And Pick - a digital assistant that will enable your sales area to be connected to your warehouse in the easiest possible way - via a mobile phone. Intended for faster and easier communication between employees exclusively at the point of sale.
Organize your warehouse, label your shelves, match your items to a storage location and quickly and easily find the articles your customer is looking for.
Simply follow the instructions for moving through your warehouse space and in the easiest and fastest way prepare the list for the rehearsal sent to you by the seller, and when you finish it - with one click, inform the seller that the requested goods are ready.
In the same way, you can organize your sales space and enable all sellers who use Click And Pick to serve your customers quickly.
The application offers the following options:
Receipt and processing of rehearsal list
Organization of warehouse positions
Checking the stock status of the item
Changing positions
Checking available sizes
The Tandem App requires the following permissions on your phone during use:
- For the camera (for scanning product barcodes)
- Notifications (for communication with the sales area)
