So overall the app idea is pretty great 👏🏻 but unfortunately in Morocco they ruined the taxes so much so I don't think someone will be using such an app. I wanted to buy some clay in the total cost of 110$ but the taxes, transport, insurance and service are around 130$! So I'll have to pay around 240$ 😱 Heck noo!!

Thank you for your feedback! We understand that taxes in Morocco can significantly impact the overall cost. However, please note that shipping fees from the US can be higher compared to France. The heavier the item, the higher the cost. Have you tried searching on Amazon France? Shipping fees can be significantly lower. Thanks again!

I do not recommend at all. I wanted to buy an XLR microphone from Amazon US & they charged me double the price in MAD. Canceled & uninstalled right away! Making sure you're getting paid for your services is very different than stealing & charging unjustifiable prices, what can I say! Moroccans..

Our prices are transparent. Our margin is approximately 10%, the rest of the cost is related to international shipping, insurance, export & import documentation, bank charges, taxes and VAT. If the cost of the item + shipping is below 1250 Dhs you may be eligible for duty-free prices. Alternatively you may be able to find your item cheaper locally.

Accessing the app was weird ; I was told to click on a flag or something ; it should be optimized to work easily for New comers otherwise it will be a maze ; will update once I actually use the service Edit I tried Buying an item worth 7 USD . The total amount was 100 USD To pay . Amazon doesn't support Morocoo End of story .
