Junk. We deploy this app to clients, and get nothing but complaints. The app doesn't register as a phone-app, so it takes zero priority over other sounds, popups, notifications etc (other voip apps do this effectively) If you're on the line via the app, and another call comes in over the app, you have no idea who's calling, caller ID don't show until after the second call ends and you get a little missed call popup and/or check the call log. during call however, anyone's guess. UnfortunateApp

Allows us to work from home, but the app constantly needs to be shut down throughout the day when you have multiple lines that ring for incoming calls and 1 person picks up before you do. If you try to hit connect around same time as other person, but the call loads for them prior to you then the whole app needs to be shut down because you will be stuck in "connecting". Also, long delay before callers can hear me. I repeat myself twice.

Worst program ever. Have been using since March since our office sent us home to work remotely. It started out fine but these past couple of months have been the worst. Can't get calls, dropped calls, doesn't ring, won't let me answer...you name it, it happens. Have been in contact with customer service and the guy has no idea how the app works. Just keeps telling me to get a headset and use the desktop version. Uh, sorry, not an option for me. They keep pushing out updates that fix nothing.
