One of the worst purchases I've ever made. REFUSES to work without unplugging and plugging back in the device about 30-40 times to get it recognized a single time. It will NOT remember the setting to open the app automatically and had to be clicked EVERY TIME to get a backup. It works okay once you get it recognized but get ready to spend 20-30 minutes just to get it to recognize the device. It would be easier (& cheaper) to just buy a jump drive! 1 year later and the app still barely works.

Can't get this to scan a single photo or document. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Bought the universal storage drive from QVC against my better judgment, so I don't know how they got theirs to work perfectly on the show. I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra that's supposed to be compatible. Not much point in have this type of device without being able to use the app to scan old photos, recipes, etc.

Very temperamental as it connects to my Android some of the time but not every time. Lately the app launches when I plug into the phone but then requests to connect to USB (reconnect). It's a vicious cycle and very disappointing as I wanted this device to work. My wife purchased it as a gift after seeing it demonstrated on QVC. The entire advantage of the clickfree flashdrive was for the connection to all devices. Obviously that was wrong as all the valid complaints are from Android users.
