Very temperamental as it connects to my Android some of the time but not every time. Lately the app launches when I plug into the phone but then requests to connect to USB (reconnect). It's a vicious cycle and very disappointing as I wanted this device to work. My wife purchased it as a gift after seeing it demonstrated on QVC. The entire advantage of the clickfree flashdrive was for the connection to all devices. Obviously that was wrong as all the valid complaints are from Android users.

Can't get this to scan a single photo or document. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Bought the universal storage drive from QVC against my better judgment, so I don't know how they got theirs to work perfectly on the show. I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra that's supposed to be compatible. Not much point in have this type of device without being able to use the app to scan old photos, recipes, etc.

The app appears to work properly, but are we suppose to be able to backup from more than one device? If so, how? According to the QVC presentation, the backup is suppose to create the unique folder that matches the phone. The problem is the apple software was used, not android. The other problem is the software always loses contact.
