One of the worst purchases I've ever made. REFUSES to work without unplugging and plugging back in the device about 30-40 times to get it recognized a single time. It will NOT remember the setting to open the app automatically and had to be clicked EVERY TIME to get a backup. It works okay once you get it recognized but get ready to spend 20-30 minutes just to get it to recognize the device. It would be easier (& cheaper) to just buy a jump drive! 1 year later and the app still barely works.

I do not want to sign up. I've had device for at least 5 years & updated version is awful. You stated to use Guest. Where is option? Device is not valid or usable w/out signing in so you can collect data is fraudulent. I won't give up my data. Bring back older version. How to sign in as Guest? --Update: **You're response - Sign up now required. When I initially bought device it wasn't & now I'm being forced to give you my data & you're selling it. No thanks. Unsubscribing & going elsewhere.

Can't get this to scan a single photo or document. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Bought the universal storage drive from QVC against my better judgment, so I don't know how they got theirs to work perfectly on the show. I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra that's supposed to be compatible. Not much point in have this type of device without being able to use the app to scan old photos, recipes, etc.
